Reservation Procedures
- A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 5 (five) days prior to arrival date. Last minute cancellation requires full payment.
- In the event that such written notice is not received within the time limit stated or if the guest is a no show, a one-day charge will be applied automatically.
- We accept the payment in cash
- To secure the booking we would appreciate a one-night deposit or full payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
- Your credit card details may be required to guarantee the booking.
Other Terms & Conditions
- HIGH SEASON SURCHARGE: USD 10.00 net per night will be applied for the period from 1st July to 31st August and peak season from 20th December to 10th January.
- CHILDREN POLICY: under 12 years old FOC if sharing with parents.
- DAY USE: From Midday – 6pm at 50% off the rate.
